Teachers are currently contacting families with logins for Seesaw - an online classroom. Work will be posted for pupils on a Monday (from Monday 27th April) for them to work through during the week. This will also be able to support pupils and families communicating with class teachers.
Tasks will appear in the 'activities' section of this app/website. Teachers will also send regular 'notes' to pupils' journals to communicate.
More information can be found on our Seesaw page. If you have any issues with Seesaw, please contact email@example.com
Should you wish to continue learning beyond the activities set on Seesaw, the school website is updated each week with new activities to support pupils in their learning. This also provides links for resources that will support parents with home learning. Here, pupils can access MyMaths, Times Tables Rockstars & ReadTheory as well. Our social media (Twitter and Instagram) is also updated regularly with challenges and activities for pupils.

We will be issuing out copies of our Learning Beyond the Classroom booklets for children in every year group. These will be available to collect from Spa Academy on Tuesday 28th and Thursday 30th April. Pupils can complete activities for each of the curriculum subjects. Rewards will be given for work completed when we return to school. Do as much as you like and have fun!
How to collect Learning Beyond the Classroom booklets:
Tuesday 28th April between 10.30 and 12.00pm
Thursday 30th April between 1.00 and 2.30pm
Tables to pick up the learning booklets will be set up on the Year 3 playground with clear entry and exit points to allow social distancing. Booklets will be signed out by members of staff, however you may take copies for siblings and friends who attend Spa.
If you have any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Contact Us page of the school website.
